How to evidence and submit your claim

  1. Open your invite link from the email we sent you.
  2. Read the welcome checklist and accept the Terms & Conditions.
  3. Set a password so you can return later.
  4. From your dashboard, open a claim under Claims to Action.
  5. For each item, take current-state photos (fully unwrapped, overview shot, close-ups of damage, make/model/size). Record a video if requested.
  6. Upload any supporting documents such as receipts.
  7. When everything is added, press Submit Claim and allow location access when prompted.
