This policy explains how we handle personal data across the platform and this website. Registered office: 23 The Drive, London E4 7AJ. [Company registration — to be supplied.]
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email address, phone number, role.
- Claim data — descriptions, correspondence and settlement details.
- Evidence — photos and video, including capture date and location metadata.
- Network data — vetting information for agents, repairers and retailers.

3. Why we process it
We process personal data to run claims end to end, dispatch and pay network members, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and improve the service. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests and legal obligation under UK GDPR.
4. Who we share it with

5. Retention
We keep claim records for as long as needed to administer the claim and meet legal and regulatory retention requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
