1. These terms

These terms govern use of the Claimsplanet website and platform by claimants, business customers and network members. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Commercial customers may also have a separate service agreement, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. Accounts are personal to you or your organisation.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform — including submitting false or misleading claims or evidence, interfering with the service, or attempting to access data you are not authorised to see. Fraudulent activity may be reported to insurers and authorities.

4. Evidence

Evidence you capture through the platform is date- and location-stamped. You confirm that evidence you submit is genuine and that you have the right to submit it.

5. Network members

Agents, repairers and retailers participate as independent contractors, subject to vetting and the network terms provided at onboarding. They are not employees or agents of Claimsplanet for any other purpose.

6. Liability

Claims decisions rest with the relevant insurer or company; Claimsplanet provides the platform and services that support them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes, law and contact
